Avocado Toast

Avocado Toast w/Sauteed Mushrooms and Beefsteak Tomato

  • 1 Med-large size Avocado
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan salt (optional)
  • 2 Slices of Ezekiel Bread
  • 1 Large Beefsteak Tomato
  • 6 Med-size Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 Tbs water
  • Microgreens of choice

Slice mushrooms and sauté in water.  In a small bowl, Mash avocado and sprinkle with onion powder, cayenne pepper, and Himalayan salt. On toasted Ezekiel bread, layer avocado, sliced tomato, sauteed mushrooms, and Microgreens.  Makes 2 servings.
